Message'For the preaching of the cross is to them that PERISH, FOOLISHNESS; but unto us which are saved, it is the power of God'

I Corinthians 1:18

Rather than comment, I'll let the word of God speak for itself.

MessageI read your article on debunking law of attraction, and finally speaks it out loud. I myself have fallen into that crap until reality hit me again, and I kept falling into the self blaming trap of not "have thinking the right thoughts".

Unfortunately, this new dogma of positive thinking and victim blaming has reached the mind of every day people and I feel sometimes like being put back into times of inquisition, when I want to share my day to day trouble with friends and family. This stuff is dangerous, especially to all those who have gone through serious trauma, especially in childhood. Yeah, I have chosen to, right? Not. And if not that, then it was bad karma.

Law of attraction is a new radical doctrine, grown out of the middle class, upper class in late roman decadency western countries, who believe just because they were born in wealth and fortune, the others (like 90 procent of humanity) was just too unenlightened to think positive enough.

MessageIt's funny to me that people who spend so much time hating Christianity think they have a better understanding of what the Bible says that Christians. Are you really so arrogant that you think you are better informed about the Word of God than God's people? Most of the arguments against the Bible you have made would be answered if you took time to read the Bible for yourself a little more carefully instead of spending time reading what other anti-Christians say and then rehashing their complaints. Example: Jesus said the Kingdom would come before the Apostles taste death... He hasn't returned yet, so He was wrong. But have you ever read the Bible to see what it says about the nature of this Kingdom? And have you ever studied the common hermeneutics for understanding the Old Testament prophecies that were common during the time Jesus and the Apostles preached? Ever heard of Midrash?? Doubtful. Anyhow, I tried to go to the forum page but couldn't so I left some thoughts on here. I saw nothing new that I hadn't heard from skeptics before... This one just irritated me because it was obvious you hadn't done too much digging.

MessageGood site. I didn't read all of your material as yet, smilie but have one thing to say--I believe that Matthew 12:40 answers to Jesus' legitamacy totally. Jesus was out of the tomb before 3 days was up and wasn't in the tomb for 3 nights either. The prophecy Jesus made was explicit and it didn't come to pass no matter what excuses are made.

MessageThis fool has no idea what he's talking about and he/she can cost people for it. A maintenance/warranty agreement after the first year of manufacturer's coverage is a necessity because the machines of today are cheaply built, highly complicated and highly expensive to fix out-of-pocket. At least Sears does offer the opportunity of a maintenance check included free of charge to most people who may not have the opportunity for a true repair. Other plan providers don't offer this benefit nor do they cover frivolous calls just because people don't always understand their machines or even how to work them correctly. These so called "smart" machines today encounter most troubles due to user errors which are hardly ever covered by any warranty company except Sears-even at their expense. So stop making up numbers because you think they're right. they're not. the majority of machines reported are less than three years of age. So shut up and do some more research.
