| Message | I have studied your pages for two evenings now. I have found them very informative. As a normal PC user (retired old chap)I am still lacking adequate knowledge about windows system. About networks; I am finding out the real nature of NAT, DNS, switch, briged and so on. I have always made this guestion to computer professionals; why instructions are without schemas and diagrams. Your way is going from bottom to top when repairing a problem. Learning networking could be more easily done, if users had a basic diagram with descriptions and perhaps links to dig further. Using pics would be next quantum leap in educating end users. XP Help and Support window is a little what I mean, but MS could make it much more sophisticated and further going. I will continnue studying your pages. I have a new pc and the old one is suffering of "no connectivity" at times and is a good excercise to apply the new knowledge I may suck from your site.
