(Not full of stuff that I cannot understand without having computer tech training) The information and tools you provided have solved most of my network problems. (probably all with a little more work) The tutorials are great and easily followed. I believe most of my problems were the result of using Network Magic, which in my opinion takes away the funtionality of your network by automating everthing to thier designs. It also does not support all variables in a system or is not customizable to suit the user. In any case problem solved.
