MessageHey, just thought I would stop and sign your guest book. I first encountered your profile on Where's George. I clicked on your Where's George profile with a link your PChuck's Blog.

Wow! You got a truck-load of info in your posts. Looks like a vault of information.

I clicked on your profile 'cuz you said you wished you were in Thailand. Me, I wish I was in Thailand too. I got married earlier this year in Thailand. My wife still lives there and I'm trying to make my way over there to live. Probably going back in January or February.

Me, I'm just getting into networking myself. I'm taking my classes at Cabrillo College in Aptos. Finishing up my first year of networking / routing (CIS 81, 82, 83). Just started our first project last night; setting up a network with frame relay, ppp, vlans, eigrp, nat/pat, the whole nine yards. I never realized how something that seemed so simple could actually be so complex.

Anyway, I'm going to bookmark your website stop by to read some of your posts / articles from time to time. It makes for good reading.

Take care.

J.

MessageHi Chuck,

You have some very informative blogs, and I appreciate the pointers.
I've had problems with AdSense lately, and have posted several questions on the AdSense help forum, but have not gotten any replies. Do you know who I could contact at Google for help? My main page shows public serv. ads, but sub pages show up properly.

Cheers!

MessageGreat site!! It's a blessing to find help when it's needed. I might stay with Blogger after all now that I see there's light at the end of the tunnel.

MessageThis is a thank you. We've been struggling with a non-working LAN for months, ever since we left dialup and a hub and moved to DSL and a router. We finally discovered the Microsoft discussion groups, which led us to your website via one of your responses, and then we started finding real solutions.

So far, we've managed to get our two computers seeing each other, to access files on each others' computers, and to print from our newer computer via the old printer connected to the old computer. We have yet to figure out why we can't get a shared internet connection to work, but we're still searching and now we're optimistic. (You may see a request for help on the board, if we don't find an answer on your site or the other postings.)

Since we've learned that NO ONE will support networks, your site is a fabulous find and quite a relief. THANK YOU!!
