MessageHi Chuck,

Got a lot of respect for conclusive nature of your website... way to go! I have worked used it to resolve master browser problems; something I knew nothing about before.

I have posted my networking help request on under the probably not so well named "Various Network Problems" on the microsoft networking and the web forum.

I would very much like to hear what you have to say
I've tried pingplotter and I'm losing at least 30% of my packets and I've put the browstat and ipconfig data up for the 2 desktops I'm trying to network. Any help would be appreciated.

I've come to the personal conclusion that I've tried everything and the real prob must be a defunct NIC in the GATEWAY machine so I'm going to try a new one tonight, but ... as I've been wrong so many times before I won't hold my breath.

So... got a minute?

Thanks

Graeme (Granulka)

MessageThanks I really mean that. I have been trying to reconnect our home network for months, without success. I ran upon your site today and the part about "peer to peer" in the Registry is what solved my problem. You are a GOD send to me. THANKS AGAIN smilie smilie

MessageI've helped many people in my time with a wide range of PC issues, so it was numerous sleepless nights and extensive internet searches when after a hard disk format my network access just would not re-establish. The dreaded 'access denied' problem plagued me despite applying using every fix posted. Your network guide saved the day; I can't thank you enough! I raise a glass to people like you who give so much and ask for nothing in return.

MessageHi Chuck,
As of 1-31- 08, I cannot access blogger.com w/ IE or FF browsers & can't post on the Blogger forum or post any comments on any blogger.com connected site. But I can access my blog and all other usual websites. It is like something has suddenly blocked the blogger address. I get "IE cannot display the page," or "FF can't establish a connection to the server." I did a netwrk diagnostic for xp on blogger address and it said "Win cannot connect to internet thru port 80, 443 or 21". (Tonight, I also see that auto protect on Norton antivirus won't load.) I have been searching, but can't find any info on this problem. Has there been a virus or malware activity on blogger.com? I would really appreciate any info or help you can give me. Thanks!
