After countless hours and numerous failures in attempting to solve my LAN networking issues, you had exactly what I was looking for...the right information with exactly the solution I needed. Thank you so very much!! With so much incorrect, misleading, and useless information floating around the Web these days, it truly was great to actually find a site which had the right stuff!! P.S. Microsoft should absolutely ashamed of themselves to have created such a complicated and overdone piece of technology such as networking and then do so little to provide the needed support(utilities, diagnosis, reporting) to its millions of customers. The fact that 90% of the support is provided through antiquated and outdated DOS utilities is an abomination, in my opinion. BTW, I am a Senior Systems Specialist with 32 years in the IT business and what I thought should have been fairly simple to solve turned out to be nearly an impossible task. Again, thanks...thanks...thanks!!!  |

I waded through the information to figure out how to get my domain to work without the www (the CName entry using Zone Edit was ok but it won't let me input an entry without the www) when I finally came across (and understood!) your advice regarding IP records related to Google Apps.
