MessageRan across the site looking for Mauthe's dairy. While Mauthe's site is down, I'm enjoying this one. I live in LA so can follow up on your recommendations.

MessageNOLA all the way! I really like your style and thank you for the time and effort you put forth. I started cooking creole & cajun recipes about 20 years ago with Paul Prudhomme's Louisiana Kitchen and I'm still going strong. I am actually in the process of putting together a cookbook focusing on foods of the South and our old family recipes. If you or anyone else has any advice, recipes or any help in general please email me @ [email protected].

Cheers!

MessageWe recently did some relief work in New Orleans. The owners of the house we worked on brought us an amazing lunch one day including muffuletta. I'm looking forward to trying your recipe. It was the best sandwich I've ever had!

MessageI, recently, spent a week in the Mississippi (gulfport) area. Having grown up in California, it was a big culture shock for me, a very enjoyable one! I loved the food, I had never had gumbo, blue crab, po boys, and the different methods of cooking shrimp! I fell in love with all of it. I am so happy that I came across your site! Thank you!
