| Message | I was so pleased when I came across this web site, it's absolutely brilliant for helping me find out what Liverpool was like for my ancestors. My parents left Liverpool in the 1950's however, my family history research stretches as far back as Georgian times in Liverpool, possibly may even go beyond that, so to find a site full of so many wonderful photos and written context has been like winning the lottery. | Message | Fantastic photos! They bring back many memories. There is one photo labeled 'Toxteth Heights'. This was in fact called Fairlea House. I lived there from 1965-1973. |
