| Message | Wow. This was an amazing trip. It's awesome that you have the ability to do a trip like this. This year I am trying to go on a mission trip to Honduras and hopefully a study abroad in Costa Rica. These trips would be the first time I leave the country. The only limiting factor here is money. Do you have any advice for a college kid hoping to see the world? |

| Message | Hey Steven, thanks for having the priviledge of meeting you. I'm the guy with the fan, and a world traveller. Well, somehow I don't know how to install it, I tried the black wire to the other black wires, the white to the wite, but seems it is double connected, so it goes full blast from the dual switch (the variable switch does not turn it down). A bit perplexed, but I am sure I will get it some time. The smoke has ceased, but at least the fan works !! I enjoy your website !!!   |

| Message | Hi Julia and Steve, So good to hear from you! Yes, of course you'll be welcome to stay in August - to the best of my knowledge we will be around. I've applied and received an extension to my General Leave which is nice to know I have the option to return if ever I need to ... you never know. Mark had an interview with the hospital here just last week, and the Director phoned on Saturday a.m. to offer him the position - of course he accepted and is quite pleased to be on the team at St. Joseph's Hospital here in Comox. We had an art show on the weekend at the College and I entered 4 of my pieces ... I haven't been back since last night so I don't know if anything sold. I'll have to photograph them and send you a package via email so you can see what I've been up to (I entered a chalk pastel drawing of an Akah Tribeswoman, an acrylic painting Cosmic Buddha, an intaglio print Singing Pink Scallop, and a woodblock print of a helical nautilus). As we were leaving one of my fellow students was told someone wanted to purchase one of her paintings and she screamed! We're all a very excitable bunch when our art turns into $$$s! The trip continues to look amazing ... Costa Rica does look incredibly beautiful! Have fun these last few weeks ... treat yourselves to something special! Take care and be safe. | Message | Hello Steve and Julia, hope all is going well, and that you are both lovin every minute of your expedition. We have followed closely to your blog's, some interesting stories. We love looking at your pics, they are so awesome to look at. As outsiders, it is unreal the way the landscapes change so drastically every new place you go, as I am sure, so does the culture and beliefs. Anyways, all is well here in Calgary, pretty boring, obviously, as you both know we are anxiously awaiting your arrival to Calgary, have I mentioned that in every note I have sent you guys? I think so, but truly we miss you guys. By the way, you both look great, I woul to if I travelled 120000 some on kilometeres on a bike. Anyways, just wanted to say a quick hello to you both. I am getting ready for work, so I should go for now, but I will post another message to you guys in the near days coming...
