Message | My father, Donald L. Asbury (b. 1925..d.1972)served on the Randolph during WWII as a fireman I believe. He was a wonderful man. I still miss him terribly. |

If you know anything about Robert Roy Huff I would appreciate that information. He was an electrician's mate aboard the Randolph from '66 until late '68 when he was sent to Long Beach to pick up the Yorktown. I have been looking for him for years. If anyone reading this knows him please contact me. You are right Charlie, #3 fireroom could properly be call a hell hole. It wasn't any better on the Yorktown. |
