MessageI stumbled upon your site looking for beinet recipes. I am a huge NOLA fan. We have been there 3 time, 1 time post Katrina. Love the food, music and b & b's. We weere there a week befor Christmas for the priced fixed dinners. We had our favorite at Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse.

MessageOK. California! I forgot to mention in my post that one of the reasons your website caught my eye(s)--yes, i do have two-- was your reference to the Confederacy of Dunces. that is my all time most favorite book ever.

MessageI'm from the Big Easy. I miss the excellent fresh seafood easily acquired at the booths in Westwego, CRAWFISH, and the gravy so generously applied to the roast beef in the Mom and Pops restaurants in N'Awlins. The recipes for this will gratify all my cravings, with the exception of crawfish, which compels me to visit whenever I can.
