MessageI love your book and have misplaced it due to a move. This is a godsend as I NEED to make your sauce and the Chicken and Tasso Jambalaya TODAY.

looks like you will sell another copy this week.

Thanks for sharing your cooking genius; you are one of ten of my all time favorite chefs. PS I am an old guy from Wisconsin.

Messagesmilie Hey, glad to find a great jambalaya recipe quickly online...and in it's basic format. Not too complicated. I'm in Atlanta and folks coming over for dinner...eeeekkk. Mom's cookbooks back in Baton Rouge, so I'm off to the store for a few missing ingredients. Thanks for the post! smilie)
P.S. I love the Okra version as well Cubano style. I too enjoy great Cuban food. I intend to make that version this eve.

Cheers!

MessageI like your recipe, it's very close to what I do. I have to say one thing about the Central Grocery. They were the rudest people I met after a week in New Orleans.
New Orleans ranks right up with Manhattan and Chicago for dining!
Regards, Bill
