| Message | CURTIS AND HIS TEAM REALLY TREATED ME WELL ON PRICING AND SERVICE! THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF HVAC SERVICE OR REPLACEMENT. THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT, TO SAY THE LEAST! THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB, AND CLEANED UP SO THAT NOBODY COULD EVEN TELL THAT THEY HAD BEEN HERE. I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE THEM THE HIGHEST RATING POSSIBLE!!! THANK YOU CURTIS AND CREW!!! | Message | When it comes to honesty and character I have to rant and rave about Curtis and Cheryl owners of AAM. They turned a disaster of a botched up A/C job from another company into an over the top install which I am truly thankful for. There are those companies that claim they do honest and credible work, but in my case the initial A/C company that replaced my unit was not one of those such companies. I originally ended up with a botched up A/C, that in the end, ended up costing me more to replace. Thank goodness for people like Curtis and Cheryl. With their help and guidance I was able to get through a ridiculous court battle with the old A/C company that lasted over a year! Curtis and Cheryl's honesty and encouragement were just what I needed during this difficult time. What I ended up with was a new perspective of "good and honest" people in this world. People that are willing to go out of their way to help others. And furthermore, I ended up with the most beautiful A/C and heating unit on the planet!!! Thank you again to Curtis and Cheryl and the installers from American Air Masters...!  |

Companies have marketing taglines and American Air Masters' is: Quality Service You Can Trust. Rest assured that those words carry meaning and they deliver on their brand promise. I am enormously grateful to my friend who referred Curtis and his company to me and to all of the people on his team who brought order to an otherwise hot mess. | Message | Great job. Very friendly people working at this company. Curtis came to my home and explain everything to me that was going to be done. And offer to bring window unit so I would have air until the work was done. Very good price better than most. Installers were friendly and informative also. Would refer this company. Thanks for a job well done. |

| Message | We had our upstairs A/C unit go out, we called Mr. Curtis he came by as soon as possible and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. |

| Message | I contacted several AC companies to get a quote to replace my compressor and coil. Curtis gave me a quote to replace the compressor, and the entire inside unit, including the furnace and air plenums (which were not installed correctly) and coil for a total cost that was several thousand dollars less than any other quote. The three installation men, who had over 60 years of work experience, did a really good job of installing my new American Standard equipment. Curtis is a man of integrity, and his employees express the same qualities. I could not be more pleased with the entire job that was done. I have found an honest AC contractor for all my future needs. |

| Message | My wife and I bought our first and only house in 1984, and never left. We love our home and the neighborhood, Mansfield. But we had got all we could out of the original a/c and ductwork. Time for an overhaul. American Air was one of four bids I got and was in the middle price wise. Curtis, the owner, was very informative, patient with our many questions and also polite in making the bid. The installers were out in a week and were very professional in one day's work. Curtis came back to make sure everything was good and to help me figure out a much newer thermostat. They have already installed one for my sister. GREAT company!!! |

| Message | Michael worked hard and worked quickly to get my two units inspected and tuned up prior to the summer months. This is the second time I've had AAM out to the house, and I've been very impressed both times. Michael was honest and professional, and I plan to ask for him by name next time around. | Message | Curtis was WONDERFUL !! Got six estimates and there was no comparison with price or quality vs. the other five. Curtis was literally a "man vs. boys" on his sales presentation. The installation crew headed by Jeff arrived on time and completed the entire job including complete clean-up in less than four hours. Could not be happier with the sale and installation; completely PROFESSIONAL !! |
