I believe I see myself and my brother in the foreground in one of them (middle right, outside the McDowell Rd. Dojo). Would you have that photo in digital format? MessageI studied for a time under the late Frank Rimmer in Brevard. He was my uncle by marriage. I left when he retired to teach privately and left the dojo with Sensei Lynn Goldsmith, because I had spent much time after class with Sensei Lynn and my wife was suspicious of it. Uncle Frank used to invite Sensei Lewis to our dojo to teach us aikido, and she always picked on me because I was the biggest adult in the class. I was always amazed at her ability to put me on the ground with a thumblock, which demonstrated to the younger and smaller students what aikido and "working the circles" could accomplish. I miss her as much as Uncle Frank. Is she still teaching?

MessageI earned my 1st degree Blackbelt in Dec. 2005. Thanks to karate, I was inspired to travel "the road not taken" and thus embarked on a new journey...I studied to become a nurse and am so happy and fulfilled in my new career. I miss karate desperately and plan to visit a local dojo soon (the dojo from which I studied no longer exists).
