| Message | What a rant. All I can see of your legal documents is that you served notice to Carmen Mallore that you had filed a small claim with the state of Maryland. There is no arrest warrant issued. Carmen Mallore has worked with me on many projects and I never had problems with him the way that you describe him to be. Your feeble attempts to gain sympathy by maintaining a web site that slanders a man of good character will come to naught and will come back to bite you. |

| Message | Log siding is $1.00-$1.25 per lineal foot, I know because I purchased 110lf of it at $1.00/lf. Full logs are $2.50 per lf, I purchased 6 of those so I can finish the work this Spring that you were paid to do. As for the porch, you received a little over $1,100 in the form of a check. There is a little over 200 lineal feet of log siding on that porch which equates to $200.00, leaving $900.00 in your pocket. And since you used my materials, plywood, nails, screw gun...etc, you are way ahead on the porch. The stain will run me another $3,500 plus my time or the time I pay someone else to do that work ($6,800 if I pay a reputable company to do it)- again - work I contracted you to do and gave you $11,000 of $15.5K in the contract. Who got screwed Anne when I still have log rot on my home, the chinking is worthless, needs to be done once again and the corn blasting did little to remove any of the existing stain. Explain to me how I screwed you out of money? I have pets and rest assured they will never set a paw in your place. I suspect you'll cut corners in that business as you have done so with me. You two are con artists - " thank you for your prayers, telephone calls, support, only one side of the story has been told." Unfortunately, like they say, a checkered past always catches up to you. Your bad deeds will catch up to you, this is just the start of it. |

| Message | Anne / Carmen: Can you tell the readers of this site why you left a 5 foot tall by 10 foot wide gaping hole in my North wall for almost 2 months (remember I have pictures)? I had to have my father stay at the house while I went to Texas because I was fearful of theft. After all, anyone can walk into a home when three-quarters of their home's North wall has been removed. You claimed it was because of the weather but what reputable business removes the North wall of a home and leaves it wide open (for two months) knowning they don't have the materials on hand to close the void they created. Just one of the many horror stories from our friends of the family. It is true Woody's did several things outside the contract but I paid them for that work or worked side by side with him and I have cancelled checks and witnesses to prove it. For those of you who think I am not telling the truth or believe I am not giving Carmen and Anne a fair shake, free free to contact me. I'll let you see the work first hand and then you can judge for yourself. The work he did remains in the state he left it when he walked off the job and failed to honor all aspects of the contract he signed with me. I have nothing at all to hide. You may speak with my father as well since he became the mediator. Also, tell the readers why you used a different species of wood when Red Pine is readily available. After all, being in the business, you do know all wood types take stain differently. |

| Message | To Anne Mallore: Nice to hear from you, too bad you and your husband never stopped by to make things right, or even a phone call. If you recall, I paid you for the porch, I have the cancelled check to prove it. Funny..."we completed all the log rot contracted for" Is that why my South wall still has rotted logs on it that are clearly visible to the naked eye? If I recall, you were the one who worked on this side of the house, remember - it was the day Carmen broke the bedroom window. Recall how it took 3.5 months to get a replacement only after I paid you more money, do you recall this and how I had to seal my window you broke with plywood during November? You also contracted to stain and seal the house and this work isn't done because you two walked off the job with $11,000 of the $15,000 I contracted with you for. I have all the pictures, the contract, Carmen's signature on the order form for the window he broke, even his signature he signed in front of my father saying he would honor the contract and finish the work. I have proof, solid proof that will stand up in court. What do you have, let me tell you - the two of you have a trail of defrauded or unhappy customers. | Message | I want to thank all of our paying and loyal customers and our friends for sending notes and e-mails and for the phone calls concerning this site. Also for sending Chris Joyce e-mails regarding our former company. (we saw the one wishing Carmen testicular cancer and death, classy. It's because of people like Chris Joyce and James Virgina that we are no longer in business.) We appriciate them all. We are doing fine dispite the negitivity being displayed on this site. This site is in clear violation of state and federal laws regarding slander, libal and interstate fraud. Up to this point we let it go, we now are taking legal action.
