| Message | CNN announced today that they were questioning a new suspect but had to release him for lack of evidence. Will a lie-detector be able to make a difference in resolving such cases as Madeleine's - her future may depend entirely on this. The lie detector would enable the creation of a far safer society, especially for our children. Is it not our duty to protect the weak and helpless (such as young children) instead of letting them be victims of repeat offenders. Laws should be passed to make the lie-detector an obligatory procedure for resolving such cases. We as the parent-majority have a duty to lobby our politicians for this to happen. Last year in France, 50,000 persons went missing and in approx 39,000 persons in the UK. What are we all waiting for, more victims ? The problem is real. Such statistics should be published by the media and made a priority by us parents for our politicians to take and tackle this problem more seriously. |

| Message | Could every holiday maker who visited the area where Madeleine was abducted from during the preceeding month look at their photos. Posting all photos with strangers or passersby in the background on a website might just provide a vital clue. Madeleine was not snatched randomly, I beleive whoever took her had possibly been watching and stalking around the area looking for a child to target. Please look at your holiday snaps the abducter may be on them! |
