| Message | I've had a blog on Blogger.com for a year. The Blogger.com help/forum facility is so...how can I say it...hidden. It's obvious they're terrified to show at the outset that some of this blog stuff isn't easy! From spending an hour or so cruising around your site today, I've learned more than watching Blogger's tutorial (which lacks depth), and stumbling around their help forum reading questions that--oops--weren't answered even a week later. Thank gawd for nitecruzr... ...don't retire anytime soon, OK?  |

I hope you don’t mind me contacting you through your site, but you replied to one of my blog questions and kindly said you could escalate my problem with Blogger - being impersonated by someone in a blog. You asked for the blog address but I was worried to post that on a public forum because it’s very unpleasant and upsetting and I’d rather everyone wasn’t able to view it from the link and also I’d rather it didn’t gain search engine ranking points.
