MessageHey Arnold,

240z's are hard to kill. If you trust your mechanic and your car was checked, go for it. Hope you enjoy your trip to SD.

MessageI am a Group Z member as of October 08, I haven't beeen able to make any of the recent meeting because of my obligations as a Football coach at Compton High School. But now I need group Z like my 240 needs another gallon of gas every 12 miles. I am planning a trip to San Diego from the LA area which is about a 120 mile drive, that will take close to 2 hours. I have yet to drive my 240 for that long of a time. I would like to know how confident I should be in my 1971 240 that runs great according to my mechanic and several Z enthusiast I have come in contact with.

MessageSorry, forgot to provide contact info.

To contact me: [email protected]

I have owned a 1978 280Z since coming to SoCal in 1979. I recently ended up with to other 280Zs originally bought for parts. Could not bear to tear them down...eventually they became daily drivers also.

In my quest for parts I found a cache of vintage Datsun Z parts (240Z - 280Z) overseas that I secured and now can offer to other Z owners so we can keep these babies on the road.

I am working on getting a website up with the available inventory up soon...

In the meantime, if you have a need for something specific, let me know... Quality parts from (Beck/Arnley, Wells, Gabriel) etc.

I will be letting all Z Clubs I can identify know about access once website is up and functional.

To contact me: [email protected]

Thanks.
