| Message | Trying to find my Moody families. My ggreat grandfather was Peter Moody b. 1838 married to Sarah Malona Trowbridge b. 1852. Peter's father was Joshua b. 1810 married to Mary Bush 1812. Peter's son George gave the info for his death certificate. Peter died in Michigan 1869 Sarah Malona died in California around 1928 or 1929. They had a son George and a daughter Edith Irene who married George E. Wismer they had two children a son Dudley and a Daughter Hazel Alberta Wismer. Hazel was my mother. | Message | Hello, I live in Va. My Williams came from Columbus Co. NC. A Rhese, Rasa, Reece, or Reese Thomas Williams, not sure how he spelled it. He married a Penelope Pittman from Lumberton,NC. Don't know who his parents were. They had a lot of children, one was a Ransom Thomas, my g- grandad. Ranson married a Mary Ann Hester from Bladenboro, NC. They had a son Stephen Dewey Williams, my grandad. He was born 1899 and he died 1992. Are any of these names familiar to anyone. Rachel |

| Message | Great website! I just started researching my family history. I just found that my great, great grandfather (Baker)lived in AR but was born in KY, along with his mother and father. I don't know of any brothers or sisters, but maybe your site can help one day! |

Amanda Donaho that married George Washington Walker and Lucinda Donaho that married Samuel Walker were the daughters of Isaac Erwin Donaho and his second wife, Elizabeth Edwards..... Isaac Erwin Donaho was married three times: #1 was to Elizabeth PARK (some have PARKS) married 1845 Nacogdoches Co., TX One child that died at 13 yrs. #2 Elizabeth Edwards married 1849 in Cherokee Co., TX. At least two daughters: Amanda and Lucinda.#3 Mary L. Hartgraves married 1859 Cherokee Co., TX One child born Dec 1859 Died Dec 1859. Amanda and Lucinda married the brothers of William Winston Walker of Bell County, TX A great granddaughter of Amanda is releasing a book on her great grandparents: Amanda and George Washington Walker in 2005 Betty |
