| Message | We slid into the Green line when my 12th Great Grandfather Robert Wight (1527-1590) married Mary Green (1519-1587), daughter of Sir Robert Green, Lord of Bowridge Hall. I must say your site and information was invaluable in untangling the tree info on Ancestry. I was feelin' pretty good about the Wights in America and England until now! | Message | Great website! I descend from Robert Greene’s (1490-1560) youngest son, John (1529-1606). That makes use real distant cousins! Jeremiah Green, born at the Jersey Settlement in Rowan Co, NC, ARW Soldier, is my 7th cousin 7X removed. I used Jeremiah as a reference point to show our relationship. Again, great website. We need to get together and share notes one day. |
