| Message | December 19th 2015 South Queensferry We've recently had 10 Windows, 2 doors and a triple set of French windows all installed in 4 days by Jamie and Stuart; who were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. They were so helpful and gave such great attention to detail. As others have said, at the end of each day you wouldn't know they'd been in your house; they were so tidy! ....just make sure you have plenty of tea bags! From start to finish the service we received from WINDOW-STORE has been nothing less than EXCELLENT! Having experienced the high pressure nightmare and excessive prices of other Fife (and elsewhere) double glazing companies, dealing with Graeme, Wullie, Jamie and Stuart was like a 'Breath of Fresh Air'. After our first meetings with Graeme and Wullie, we knew we'd made the right decision in going with Window-Store. We made a couple of changes to our order but that was never a problem for Graeme; both he and Wullie have such a helpful, pleasant and friendly attitude ! | Message | I was really impressed with the efficiency of the two men who installed my windows. They were very pleasant and cheery which made all the difference. The quality of the windows and doors were to a high standard and I was really happy with the end product. Also there was no mess left after the installation. The two men tidied up everything when they were finished which was an excellent end to the service provided. |

| Message | Graeme gave excellent advice when choosing doors and windows. He was friendly in his approach and quoted a fair price. I had 2 external doors done first and was really impressed with quality and workmanship. I've just had 10 windows fitted over 3 days and again the team have done a fantastic job. Jamie, Stuart and Willie are so professional, conscientious and friendly. They worked non stop and always cleared up afterwards.- no more draughts! A big thank you to you all. | Message | A really great job from start to finish. Slightly complicated as above the door there is an arched window and this fits perfectly so measuring was spot on.
