Curtis came out from American Air Masters after I called them, reviewed the complete HAVC install that I wanted done, made several valid additional install improvement suggestions, and I had a fair priced proposal e-mailed to me latter the same day. His crew arrived on the day we had scheduled in uniform and on time at 9 am and were completely finished by 4 pm with my new system up and running perfectly. The tech. crew were expert professionals, friendly, and very skilled. Curtis and crew were able to work through job problems as they came up smoothly and efficiently because of their lifetime of combined years of experience with heating and cooling systems. You could tell that they were used to working together and were a first class job team. I was very impressed with the professional job that they did for me and can confidently recommend them to any in need of a heating and cooling system install. They are the company to go to for help when you need it. |

| Message | Not long ago our residential cooling and heating system started to fail during the hottest summer days. Keeping cool is especially important to one of our family members with disabilities. We contacted American Air Masters Inc. immediately and Jay Green was able to come to our home that evening. Jay Green tested our system and did everything he could to keep our system working as long as possible. Unfortunately the system failed again the next day. Jay worked with Curtis on the phone to assist us with considering a new system. Curtis made an additional visit to keeping our system working until a new unit could be installed. We chose American Air Masters Inc. to install our new system simply because they are simply a cut above the rest. I'm sure you will feel the same way if you contact Curtis when you are considering service or replacement of your Cooling and Heating System. |

| Message | This is the second and third AC/heating system we have purchased and had installed by your company in the last couple of years. My mom and dad house was first and that system has been nothing but excellent. This go around was my house, where both of my old units were running on luck. We wish to express our gratitude to Curtis and Josh, at American Air Masters, Inc. After a very small hiccup Curtis came out to my house on a Saturday morning so I didn’t have to take off of work. Talk about customer service! It is reassuring to know that your company takes the time to make sure the customer gets what he / she pays for and in your case, more so. | Message | We used Airmasters for repairs several times and were impressed with promptness, knowledge, and efficiency of the techs that did our repairs and most recently, replacing the old with a more efficient HVAC. Here are our observations: Service and install techs were prompt, efficient, courteous, clean, and informative. Also, arrived in a Airmasters truck and were in Airmasters shirts. Quote was complete and clear and the price very fair. All needed materials and supplies were included. Work was neat and the techs seem to take pride in their work. They made sure everything worked before leaving. Keller building inspector commented on the high quality of work done. Airmasters followed-up with call to see if everything was OK and we were satisfied. Also followed up with a letter thanking us for being their customer. Recommend Airmasters for any HVAC repair or installation. |

| Message | I live in North Richland Hills Tx. AAM took out my old system and installed a new larger more efficient one today. I cannot state how pleased I am with the work and professionalism the men showed today. I am remiss in not being able to call their names right this minute, but was highly impressed with their work and work ethic. They arrived a little early and after introducing themselves got right to work. They never failed to be courteous and answere every question I had. They refused to even write up the ticket until all work and cleanup was complete and a check that everything was in great working condition. Thank You All for the outstanding work. Charles Airhart |
