The process was smooth and customer service was superb, no hassle whatsoever  . 2 months later, my kindle acted up, half the screen went black  , and I was worried that this would be troublesome  , but the people at sweetevilspree tended to the problem and I got a new brand new kindle and shipping fee refunded as well  . I would highly recommend that you use their services because they give you top notch customer service and you can shop at ease knowing that after sales service is as good too.  |
