And that through God's grace Alexander Chung is able to accept plus carry out mortifications, penances, while living in self-denial, especially in fasting, eating less, always with a ceaseless repentant and rejoicing heart, all for the love of God and His Glory, love of neighbour, souls in purgatory, myself and all for God's Will to be done forever and ever.
