| Message | I called Chris 5 years ago to tell him my pretty white puppy had a hearing issue and he dismissed me. I emailed him too. 5 years later, Shelby is now 100% deaf!!! I never wanted my money back, but don't act like it is not true. It worries me every day because she can't hear me when I call for her.... It is hand signals only. Beware |
