| Message | Well, that is not a simple issue. The main criterion of choice is diversity of people (as many as possible universities, countries, nationalities), the next is the willingness to do a contribution (presentation, workshop). So if there are many people from the same university willing to participate, the preference will be given to those, who want to present their research or make a workshop. As well there is an advantage for the last years and next years organisers. We have places for 100 participants and experience shows that applicants usually are about 250..so you can calculate the competition |

| Message | Hi citizenship and nationality are the same. Karina what you say sounds like you need information about the ethnic background(russians in Latvia). Why do you need that information?
