We are working on getting your clothes and toys ready for you & as I hold each outfit I imagine you in it. My arms long to hold you. We are counting the days my sweet little girl and they are crawling by. We found out yesterday about your surgery. I pray that you are doing well. I want to be with you so bad that my heart hurts. Mommy wants to be there to hold you and kiss away the pain, but I know that until I am God has sent angels to watch over you and keep you safe. He will take care of you today, tomorrow and always. He has joined our hearts for thousands of miles away. I have read about the "red thread" that connects us. I know now that that thread was God connecting us together. He will hold all of us and draw us together as a family. | Message | We heard the good news! You finally get to come home in just a few weeks. We can hardly wait to meet the precious little girl we have been praying for. Natalie is so excited to see you. She keeps asking us, "When is Emma coming home? Now?" We've been praying that you would at least get to be home for your birthday in October. It is amazing how God has answered prayer, not always as quickly as we want Him to, but his timing is always perfect. Just think, you get to spend the summer with your big sister and your Mom and Dad and all your cousins. You are going to have so much fun! Oh, I guess you know we are all going to spoil you! We've already been looking at dresses and hairbows and pocketbooks and bracelets and babydolls. It will probably be even worse after you get here. Oh well! If you're going to be spoiled, we might as well help. Always remember that God has a special plan for you. We are honored to be a part of your family! We love you!
