| Message | Hi Angel Ryan, Did you ever imagine people would still be getting together in your name seven years after you left us? It is unbelievable to think your friends are still having a "time" in your memory! The 8th annual scholarship fundraiser last night at the Trap and Gill in Edmonton raised approximately $7,300.00...can you believe it! That amount of money added to the scholarship account guarantees many more years of scholarships for the students in the Burin-Marystown area. You talked about being a Big Brother, but never got to do it in the way you expected. I guess this is the way... You are so loved and so missed...we cannot thank everyone individually, but we will say "Thank You" to everyone who attended, had a good time and made this possible. No one goes unnoticed and we will be forever grateful for your kindness. Melanie and Carly are super organizers and worked together to pull off a great party. And the winner of "mudder's quilt" (it raised $650.00 on ticket sales) was John Dwyer...very fitting that it should be him. He was one of the organizers of the first fundraiser and has be involved in all eight of them. The blue jays have had a busy couple of days...we know you were with us and at the party...whistling with the angels having a pint from the silver cup. Love and miss you forever, Mom & Dad |

| Message | Hey Ryan, Can't believe it has been 7 years Wow. Think about you quite often and it makes me smile (je-es we all used to have some fun). Me and Maddox are still as close of buddies as ever and when we get together your name often comes up. He's gettin married.Can you believe it ? I've been in NL working at my new business and I get a chance to see, hear and jam with all the musicians that we used to listen to on CD's when we were away. The crowd from Kilkenny Crew, Celtic Connection, The Navigators and Shannygannock are awesome and some have become good buddies. Couple of months ago I was onstage at Nautical Nellie's with Allan Doyle and Sean McCann, from Great Big Sea(I know,can you believe that?), and I sang and played Streets of London and sent it out to you my buddy. It was a friggin awesome feeling man.Wicked.I felt like you were right there with me. Really wish you were. But , tonight I'm sat up at my house, in St. John's trying to practise to play at your event in Edmonton next weekend and the tears are flowin. Got your 12 string with me and I can picture you showing her to me for the first time. Just got half way through 'Catch the Wind'choked up and had to stop.Thinking about you singing it with Northwest Passage at Bo'Diddly's in Millwoods before ya went on your last hitch. | Message | I am sitting here searching the internet for your memoriam; I booked my trip to Edmonton today for the fundraiser and it's just wrong. Life shouldn't have worked out like this for you and your family. I should be looking at your weekend antics on facebook and writing the scattered LOL! under pictures. Life is frustrating and terrible sometimes but that's what makes it life. You cannot undo bad things and you can't rewind time otherwise we would be doing it all the time....personally I would have the backspace button worn out! I look at my own kids and cannot imagine the pain and loss that your parents feel, it's their worst nightmare come true and no matter how much time passes you will always be their little boy who was taken way before his time. Anyways it's that time of year that we all remember, and no matter how life twists and turns November will always be that time of year that we all remember. Thinking of you Carly |

We have made the best of it; and we are fortunate to have so many friends and family who help us through. You are so missed; you are missing so much; and perhaps, where you are, you're thinking you're not missing a thing! We don't know, and we won't know until we get where you are. In the meantime, we will forever grieve for you while we relive the good memories and good times with you.
