Message	Thanks for the thunderstorm information you provide. I am resident from the UK living in Fethiye, Turkey. When we get thunderstorms here in our valley the strikes are very close and its great to know when a thunderstorm is coming our way. We have had strikes as close as 25 metre's from our home.

The Blue Hill Observatory is the oldest existing climatological weather record keeping observatory maintaining hourly records back to 1875 - Blue Hill Observatry is located in Milton, MA 02186 just about nine miles ssw of Boston! When visiting from Greece, pls do call and schedule a visit! Bring your hiking shoes to walk up to see us - sister to the Mount Washington Observatory in New Hampshire where the second highest wind gust in the US was recorded at 186 miles per hour - another interesting observatory to visit and a far much steeper climb!
