| Message | Salaam, I stumbled across your message board online. I'm currently in the applicatin process for the Peace Corps. I just sent my medical forms in this week. I was hoping Insha'Allah that I'd get to go to either Morocco or Jordan because I speak arabic and am Muslim, but the interviewer nominated me to go to SubSaharan Africa instead. I have spoken with several returned Peace Corps volunteers and they said the best thing to do would be to contact someone in country now. Do you have any information on new projects beginning in Morocco? Or any way of requesting people to work on projects there? I have a BS in business and entrepreneurship, I've owed my own small herbal business and have set up a jewelry making business for my sister. I grew up on a farm and also have agriculture skills and am now working as a teacher for handicapped children for a local school system. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. | Message | salam alekuum. i m an american working in germany. i am to be married to faisil from khemmisset in july. i visited casablanca and enjoyed that also. i find that through my extensive travels, that i must be moroccan(at heart). because the people are so loving ,gracious and kind. they take you in and call you family (and definitely make you eat)i would give anything and everything to this country of people so kind. daps on the learning experience, yet it s not over yet, god weaves your journeys well. may god bless you and the angels watch over you. and remember, the safe road is n t always the best road. masalemma and study well. |

| Message | Last year, I met several Peace Corps volunteers who were traveling through Hong Kong. They said they just finished their service in China, and were on their way home to the USA. I think what you are doing is amazing and I want to know what more. I hope you will continue posting pictures. |
