MessageLovely to know that this is online ...can still keep in touch after being so far away..Thanks Fr Rumao and Team. Good Work smilie I love the St Johns Church.

I read the 9 th Dec issue and was appalled at the behaviour of few catholics in our parish who dont know how to treat our priest. Its an absolute shame!! I wonder when will they grow up!?!?!

Messagesmilie Your Sept.9th issue of Locusts & Honey appears to be edited by some novice. What with those staged letters on the plans for a Senior College and....dont those pics of foxes alongside the letters seem out of place, or, do they tell another story , smilie

Messagesmilie What's this we hear about the parish priest busy selling church properties. With your growing catholic population the need to acquire more properties becomes imperative. We should be looking ahead not getting into dismantle mode. Surely St.John's doesnt intend to close down their Parish.....

MessageThe website is very informative.

smilie Suggestion :
1. Besides having a link to the Locusts and Honey, parishioners could also be invited to submit online articles.
2. For instance on 1st July the site could invite readers to send in articles on a particular topic (current / relevant to the church calender of the following month)with a deadline of say 15th of the month.
3. The chosen ones could be published online in the next month, i.e., August.

smilie Benefit :
1. This would increase visits to the website.
2. More parishioners would opt for online subscription of L&H thus printing of the same will become more cost effective.
3. Will potray our Church as moving with the times.
4. Will attract more youth (internet users) involvement.
