MessageKelly James' story "Worms" was truly creepy. This one will linger...I don't know if I'll be able to eat pork chops for a while! Good job, Kelly. smilie

MessageKelly James' Worms is one of the most entertaining shorts I've ever had the pleasure of reading, and I'm a very picky reader. It is such original fiction that has brought me to your creepy chasm, and I have not been disappointed thus far. I look forward to reading more darkly exciting stories here in the future.

Great job!

MessageThis is a kick-ass site! I've been submitting stories for some time now, and I keep becoming excited each time I come across some ezine or online magazine that contains the kind of stories I love. I just finished reading "The Best New Horror" for 2006, and then I read "Worms". I said to myself, "Damn! Worms is better than every story in this book of famous horror writers other than Clive Barker's story!" When I read I want to be entertained; I don't want to have to stretch my brain into mental gymnastics just to get through a sentence (I don't care how long it is or how many semi-colens are used). "Worms" had the kind of hard-hitting and brutal ending that is truly horrific. I love this site! I will be back to read more! (did I mention this site kicks ass?)

Come back often.
