In 1990 Mulligan and son Kendall Windham were arrested by the U.S. Secret Service in co-operation with local Florida law enforcement agencies for counterfeiting. Around $500,000 in counterfeit $20 bills were confiscated from the two resulting in Mulligan and son spending 24 months in prison. Anybody have a problem with that? |

(and still is) Also, since he is one of the few wrestlers of his era who is still ALIVE, and NOT IN JAIL, and actually helping HUMANITY, instead of being a blight on society like all the "STARS" of his generation, I beleive he should be EXHAULTED! |
