| Message | Hello! Thousands of thanks again for (un)believably impressive concert which took place in October 13 in Brussels! So - having seen the band in concert three times I am very glad to mention that personally I liked mostly this Oct-13-live - maybe because of Andy Kirk's return to be the keyboard player of UZ again... and also because of this choice of compositions to perform in this concert including "Presage", "Xenantaya", "Dense", some great percussion-leaded impros (or maybe compositions?), Andy Kirk's new majestic work called "Warrior" and as a big-big surprise - "The Funeral Plain"!!!!!!!!!! So - IMO this concert in Oct. 13 this year was better way to do the live album of UZ than the concert in Schaerbeek, June 24, last year - firstly because of this "monumental nirvana" called "The Funeral Plain"!!!! So - I wish to all of the band many this-kind-of-events and creative burning - and so I think that my friend Urmo (with whom we were together in this great concert in Oct. 13) can only unite with these wishes! Yes - in our opinion this UZ concert was the most important event in Belgium this year! All the best to all of the band (plus technical personnel) and lots of good audience in Prague! |
