Messagesmilie Dear Earthquake, sorry it's taken so long to send you this message.....My Bro Jimmy, Don Cobbs, Bob Soto (yep Bob) and Alfred were all together last Saturday and want to give a big communal GET BETTER!!!

Just like highschool, we have a new band so we had party so we could play somewhere.

Last week we went and saw the reamining Beat Farmers at Pete's Place in LaMesa and Jerry Raney was playing and they brought up Jack Penny to play drums with 'em. The next week we saw Jack Butler playing at the local casino in a duo....So forty years later I go out and see the same guys playing music....Whatever happened to the lamplighters? Once again get well and take care and keep in touch!

What the fuck! Heart attacks? Dying and coming back from the dead? You mean... I know a real, live zombie and nobody told me about it?

I hope you're doing great. You've got a ton of friends around the globe who care that you're in good health. All my very best in the New Year and beyond.

Your buddy,

Mick

MessageOK, I don't live in the Bahamas anymore, and I haven't been a DJ for a long time, but it was good to see you in the store last weekend. Now, how do I get past the guestbook and into your site?

MessageJim,
I was a Whitman student from 93-97 and loved your shop! I lived with a few musicians during my time there and they introduced me to the music of Frank Zappa, for which I'm eternally grateful. Your store is metropolis-quality in a small town utopia (sort of). For all of its gems, my current home of NYC really doesn't have a shop like yours. You should be one proud poppa!
I was sorry to hear that you were ill, but it looks like you're already on your way back. Keep up the recovery and keep on rockin'!

-Blue
