Messagesmilie I enjoy your website..it is functional and simple.
My friend Jim Graham and myself have lived in Winter Haven for decades...I just retired and you will be getting part of my first SS check!

We both know you and you would know us once we talked...lots of mutual friends.

I live on 940 8th St NW with my wife, a great little Thai cook....stop by someday and see for yourself! You probably don't read these posts anyway!!!)

There are lots of places to buy holsters, but I appreciate your "one man" operation and good workmanship...that is hard to find these days.

Keep up the good work...it will keep you young!

greg

MessageThis holster was a gift for my brother who carries every day and practices drawing and shooting every week. He says:
“Unlike my previous pocket holster, your design (the “Merlin” with thumb push-off) prevents the gun from rocking forward in the pocket of my slacks. That solved problems I was having with my old holste. The gun wasn’t consistently in the same position in my pocket every time I reached for it, and so sometimes it was awkward to draw. Also, the leather is rigid, without being thick, so that it is possible to use the thumb push-off to easily free the gun from the holster. Sometimes during practice, my old holster would stay on the gun after the draw, and I had to use my other hand to remove the holster after the draw. With your holster I can count on every aspect of my draw to be predictable and consistent. The gun will always be in the same position in my pocket, the thumb push will always free the gun from the holster, and the holster will always stay in my pocket after the draw.”

The bottom line is that because of the time, effort, and care that you’ve put into this holster, my brother can count on his gun being there when he needs it. That equals safety, and piece of mind. At $60 your holster seemed expensive for a $240 gun. Now I consider your holster to be an essential part of the gun, without which gun would be considerably less reliable. For me, the difference in reliability and quality is more than worth the cost.
