Login problems
Hello, I'm having trouble administering my guestbook.
I can't login to the system, I always get an access denied error 1) Cookies are enabled 2) I tried all possible passwords that I use 3) Forgot password, tells me that an e-mail has been sent to me, however I never receive an e-mail 4) I tried with explorer and netscape (both same problem) There is an entry in my guestbook that I want to remove urgently. Login system and lost password retriever works just fine. Only problem could be that your email provider has spam filters installed. I sent you your password from my private email account, just in case ultraguest.com was blocked.

Hotmail has for some reason decided that emails sent from ultraguest.com are automatically classified as spam. When using hotmail you must either check your spam folder for messages or add "ultraguest.com" to your list of safe senders/domains.
