Login Problems

Before I begin my complaint, let me just say that Ultraguest is indeed a great free guestbook provider to me; customizable, satisfying, and has an appealing style; definitely one that I would recommend to anyone looking to get a free quality guestbook without the annoying banners and advertisements. It feels like I have paid for or made one of my very own. That being said, I have been keeping up with the problems and so called "hacks," that have been going on with the guestbooks; you are doing a grand job on getting it all resolved.

However, though the guestbooks have been fixed to their original appearances and whatnot; I still cannot login, and my login information is undeniably correct since it has once worked before and I keep a list of all of my various login information. Basically, if this is a common problem that you aware of, can I expect this to be corrected soon?

The problems seem to be reoccuring and chronic; I appreciate what this guestbook offers and the fact that it is 100% free, and I certainly hope the users will not lose faith in it, so hopefully you will find and get rid of those problems soon!
