Email Addresses

When you sign the Guestbook it requests an email address.

Several of our guests have asked questions, but their email address does not appear in the Guestbook.

Is there any way to access these email addresses from admin?

Also is there any way to give guests the option of making their email addresses public, so that other guests can reply to questions?

Hi,

E-mails are optional and are stored if entered. To prevent spam they are never displayed in the public guestbook, however, as a guestbook admin you may view the e-mails from the Control Panel. From the Control Panel menu select:

Guestbook -> Settings -> View All

and you will see the e-mails.
