Default People not Able to Sign Guest Book

I would like to say first that I really like the appearance and ease of use of your Guest Book and hoping the issues you were having can be permanently resolved. I was one of many that lost my guest book and had to re-register and create a new one.

I thought everything was working well, until I checked my sites email I found the following emails from people that have tried to sign my Guest Book. Do you know why this would be happening? I have included the mail with the dates and times in case that helps you.

Thanks,
Kaylin

I'm sorry. I tried over and over and over again to sign your Guest book.

When using Explorer I got this message: Error: This guestbook does not exist (invalid id).

So I tried using Netscape, but got this message: Please complete all fields...

ID:
Owner: xxxxxxxxxx the id was correct

Please Return to previous screen or visit our Helpdesk.

And I made sure at least 5 times that all the fields were complete.

when I tried to submit the entry, it said "invalid ID" for your guestbook.

I tried to sign your guestbook, but when I tried to submit it, I was told that it was an "invalid ID -this guestbook does not exist".
