Default Frames Support
I have just started using the guest book which looks great, but I am using frames on my site. Is there any way of redirecting the link back my site so that it does not load my Index.html into the incorrect frame?

My site has two frames - Frame 1 controls the navigation with a drop down menu and Frame 2 holds the content.
