No email addresses
Several people have asked about purchasing a puppy from us in our guest book but, I am unable to answer them as I do not have their email addresses. [e-mail removed by forum admin]

I suggest that you put this information in the header of your guestbook (assuming that you are the guestbook owner) since your visitors are very unlikely to visit this forum. I also advice you to disguise your e-mail using some kind of scrambler to avoid spam. Do a google search for "disguise e-mail" and you'll see several suggestions on how to do this.
