Changing your background Image

I did this successfully about 8 months ago but now when I try and change my background picture, it accepts the change but when you refresh or rejoin the guestbook, the background has not changed to the new image.

Eveerything else has changed which is good!

I just noted that this message has not been answered. Since I got this question from another user today I post an image in this post that shows where in the Control Panel you can change the background image:
