scrollbar colors

Hey, I'm a newbie here. I just registered a guestbook and was wondering if it was possible to change the colors on the scroller in the gb. Here's the code I use on my website:

I know very little about html and css codes so I'm pretty much just frankensteining my way through it.

I also would like to be able to customize the scroll bars for the body of the guestbook....Please would add a nice touch to the look of them....

I agree my website is grey and black and all my scroll bars match except for this it would be nice to be able to change this option!!
