Why I cannot log-in in my guestbook?

When I try to login i see this message:
"Wrong email or password."
When I try to retrieve "lost password" i see that:
"Home > Lost Password

The e-mail address [email protected] could not be found in our database!
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: makepassword() in /home/httpd/vhosts/ultraguest.com/httpdocs/members/lostpassword.php on line 21"
But the guestbook exist!

how come one was hack and last nite i made a new one and linked it through my website and now it no longer exsists...this is messed up...if it workz ill be happy imma gonna try..peace

The database was restored from a backup created before you signed up for a new account. Your old account should be working and the new account has been erased. More info here: http://www.ultraguest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=147

My guestbook has a new look, and is linked to another persons blog. I have not been able to access my account.

I understand there are problems, but you have stated 'everyones' should be fixed and it appears this is not the case with my account. I have registered this account to post here as I was unable to sign in with my login name or even through my email verification number.

Im having the exact same problem and its only just happened...it was fine earlier and yesterday. when is it going to be fixed.
