Re: How to disable google analytics in the guestbook?
Well, I found interesting opinions on Google privacy policy.
See also http://www.concurringopinions.com/ar...ogle_empi.html http://www.schneier.com/blog/archive..._and_priv.html http://www.sueddeutsche.de/,tt2m3/co...kel/663/65598/ (german only) Therefore I think an option to disable google analytics in Ultraguestbooks is a good idea. On the other side of the coin, there are already thousands of servers enabled by google analytics, and I think if a user want to take care of her/his privacy, the user must protect her/his privacy anyway (eg. remove cookies often and frequently). Thanks, jonelo |
