Cannot Read "Private" Messages (or view any entries, for that matter)

Whenever I log in to Ultra Guest, it says there are 0 entries. However, at least 5 people have given me entries. I find this VERY frustrating, especially since I want to view a private message, but the record says that I have 0 entries. Can someone PLEASE help me??
