| Message | Dave, I was one of the camera men @ the Marathon. I met you with Nelson Peterson. I have been looking into PKD a lot lately and I really feel for you. I can't imagine how hard is has to be to lose a loved one due to a disease. I watched you and your mother and your son all come through the finish line together, and I was touched, seeing that nothing can take away what you love to do! I heard about the accident and I hope you feel better soon!!! Tell your mother hi for me!  |

| Message | HEY ALL, We just watched David come through the finish line here at the base of pikes peak,we were so excited that we forgot to look at the time. But for all you out there that couldn't be here, he looked great no worries. His son and Pat were right there running with him what a beautiful sight!! thank you David for taking Brie with you to the top she always wanted to run a marathon. I found out from my Mom that she donated to 27 people, one of which was a kidney recipient. You have given us all a great gift!!! Thank you, Meg |

| Message | Wow, what an inspiration you are. I met David in Manitou Springs after a call for some help with his sore legs. Well, I had no idea that I would be meeting one of the most inspiring people I've ever met in my life, a true peaceful warrior. Along with his modest sweet manorisms he added a story to his sore legs that will always touch my soul. David's legs didn't stop him, his pain was nothing compaired to the love he has for his Mother and the passion cheering him on. I feel so honored that I could be a small help to his cause.
