Alright, someone hacked into my guestbook account and changed everything except for the entries, and its inappropriate. I used your site to host the guestbook for my school's class site. http://www.ultraguest.com/?id=1097878970 That is my guestbook's URL, and I am wondering how everything got changed, and my login won't work anymore. I tried using Forget Password but it says the email isnt on the database when it IS, or SHOULD BE. Is there any way to get my guestbook back??

It happened to me too! I can't even log on to my account either with my email. I'm so pi**ed off. I was hosting my own guestbook, and it got hacked, so I figured... why not go back to a hosted guestbook? ... And look what happens! I'm looking for another guestbook provider unless there's a good explanation for this crap. *insert evil smiley here*

Same thing happend to me as well....
 . I'm not even able to log into my account....it keeps saying that the email is invalid...WTF!!!! here's the guestbook to my band's old guestbook..http://www.ultraguest.com/?id=1078548110..I'd like access to it ASAP!!!

I for one will stay with Ultraguest as I think they're doing a great job, at no cost to their users, despite the problems. My guestbook at http://indeterminacy.blogspot.com had been replaced with the spam site last night, too. But it seems to be fixed now.
It would be nice if the folks at Ultraquest could explain how this happened. I am concerned about my password having been seen by hackers. Might this have happened? |
