how can I delete a post made in my guest book and block the user.
help is there help here how do I blockpeople from guest book or delete a message.

Sorry for not getting back to you (I've moved the post to the correct forum for support). You may delete messages from the Control Panel (http://www.ultraguest.com/cp). Please let me know if you would like me to explain how to do so in detail.
There is no way of blocking people from signing the guestbook. It is possible to add a new feature where the IP address is blocked, but this way of censoring the guestbook is not very effective and it may also block "friendly" posts. In a few days a new feature will let you approve messages before they are made public, and this will be the recommended way of keeping your guestbook free of unwanted posts. Not a perfect way of keeping the guestbook free of unwanted posts, but if anyone has a better idea I'll be the first to listen! :)
